A pre-booking consultation is recommended so we can approve your supplied locs, assess your natural hair, and estimate time. Same-day bookings may be possible if extensions and hair meet our standards and you arrive prepared and clean.
We work with most pre-made or human-hair loc extensions, including braided, crocheted, or wrap styles. Certain fragile synthetics or poorly constructed pieces may be declined; bring samples or photos beforehand for fast approval.
Install Service ONLY timing varies by density, head size, and number of extensions. Expect two to six hours on average; more extensive installs can take longer. Your stylist will give an accurate estimate after assessing your supplied locs and natural hair.
When installed correctly with proper tension and technique, damage is minimal. We evaluate hair strength and may recommend reinforcing, trimming, or conditioning beforehand. If your hair is fragile, we’ll discuss safer alternatives to protect scalp and natural strands.
Yes — generally we accept client-supplied extensions but require prior inspection. Extensions must be clean, tangle-free, color-matched, and structurally sound. We reserve the right to refuse unsuitable material or charge extra for necessary prep or substitution.
Bring the full set of extensions clearly labeled, any attachments or loops, reference photos, and arrive with clean, detangled hair. Also bring your ID and payment method; the stylist may request extra supplies if your extensions need adjusting.
